Hopley House FAQs

What time may I check in? – Our checking in times are between 4pm and 8pm. If you would like to check in either before or after those times please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can come to some arrangement.

Do you have a 24 hour reception? – Sorry, we don’t. We are a family run Bed & Breakfast, and as such are without the facilities of a hotel.

Do you serve evening meals? – Unfortunately not as we are just a Bed & Breakfast but there are many great places to eat and drink in the surrounding towns. You can also purchase Handmade ready meals from our farm shop which can be warmed up till 7:00pm.

What time is breakfast served? – in the week our cooked breakfast is served in our breakfast room between 7am and 8.30am, although you will be asked upon arrival what time you may be wanting your breakfast so we can have the cookers turned on in readiness! At the weekends breakfast is usually served between 8.30am and 9.30am, although we are quite flexible.

 

I have specific dietary requirements, is this a problem? – Not at all, as long as you give us prior warning we will do our best to cater for you.

If I need to hire a taxi can they come straight away? – We are located in a rural part of Cheshire that isn’t particularly renowned for the plethora of taxi firms. There are a couple of firms in the surrounding towns that we can recommend but they do need to be booked in advance. Please contact us for details.

What’s the latest time I can check out? – We would appreciate it very much if you would vacate your room no later than 10.30am.

If I book online will I get the special “3+ consecutive night” deal? – I’m afraid not. That deal is only available to those who book direct via telephone on 01270 526 292 or by e-mailing us at stay@hopleyhouse.co.uk
